Refund Policy


With our attire, our workout clothes must not be worn, or tried on in anyway to receive a Refund. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF YOU have a change of heart for the product. Due to health standards, as well as sizing changes/ stretching we can not guarantee our future clients proper fittings. Hard Hitters will gladly send you a FREE exchange if the package was damaged or if it has a flaw. We apologize if this does happen and we will send out a new order within one business day as long as a photo evidence is provided.

To be eligible for a new item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with a photo showing the damaged item.

Hard Hitters is not responsible for lost or misplaced items due to delivery. If your package has been delivered, and it is not found please call your local post for assistance. We do not refund for lost deliveries.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

All Hard Hitters apparel will have a 5-7 day shipping time for delivery within Australia. International deliveries will be 5-20 business days. You will be provided tracking numbers to track your shipment. All shipments leave the warehouse in 72 hours or less. Hard Hitters will keep you updated as much as possible with your shipment if transit times do take longer than usual. We apologize in advance if this does happen and please contact with concerns. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
